Instructor

Jack Howe is a 2nd generation teacher of Lu Style Tai Chi Chuan and head instructor of these classes.  This is a unique opportunity for a beginning student to study with a direct student of the linage holder Richard Peck.  Jack has won numerous competitions and has been teaching Lu style for more than 10 years.  Jack also knows several others styles of Tai Chi Chuan.  Jack continues to work with Master Peck improving his teaching and skill set.  

Other Tai Chi Styles known by Jack are: 24 Step Simplified Tai Chi, 42 Step Wushu Tai Chi, Hao Style, Staff, Push Hands, 2 person set, fan, and free form fighting.  In 1992 Jack was named an AAU All American in Chinese Martial Arts. Jack has a working knowledge of Wu Style, Chen Style, Sun Style and Yang Style (including short, long, old family & Cheng Man- Ch'ing Style).  

Jack also teaches the 5 Animal Frolics a Qi Gong set attributed to Hao Toa a doctor who wrote about this set of healing exercises in 100 AD.  Jack has also learned two sets of Qi Gong exercises from Richard Peck which are part of the Lu Style tradition.
