The animal forms include the Crane, Bear, Monkey, Deer, and Tiger. This is a perfect introduction to Tai Chi. In the Animal Frolics, we learn how to move and position our bodies to increase our balance and well being. The Animal Frolics is used to provide a pathway to mediation through control of the breath. In this same way, breath control, we learn to relax and accomplish a sense of well being. An excellent short form for stress control, that can be done in individual units (animals) or as a set.
