The very popular 24 Step Simplified Tai Chi program is drawn above.  

24 Step is done by thousands of individuals in a short routine of morning exercise.  The 24 Step routine can be learned within a few weeks and practiced daily with only a few minutes and no special clothes or equipment necessary.  This routine is excellent for those who want to explore tai chi as a possible addition to their daily activities.  When instruction is taken from a qualified teacher the student will learn how to develop the benefits available from tai chi - balance - increased energy - greater leg strength - improved circulation - and these are just a beginning.

We strongly encourage students undecided if this style of exercise and commitment is right for them to explore 24 Step Simplified Tai Chi and or the Five Animal Frolics.  Both of the routines provide excellent results without extended commitments.  Either can be learned in typical one hour classes over a 6 week course of instruction.

There is a great deal of support material available for students of this routine - books, video tapes and instructors in most major cities.
